Delete your VeyaMe account
You can delete your account in the app, or ask us to do it if you no longer have the app. You do not need to reinstall it to make a request.
From the app
- Open Settings from the bottom bar.
- Open your profile from the row at the top.
- Scroll down and choose Manage account.
- Choose Delete account, then Continue.
- Type your account email to confirm, then choose Delete account.
Without the app
Send us a request by email.
- Write from the email address of your VeyaMe account.
- Use the subject “VeyaMe account deletion request”.
- Do not send passwords or personal journal entries.

What gets deleted
The app describes deletion as removing your account and the data associated with it.

Active subscriptions
Subscriptions are managed in your Google Play account. Please check there and cancel if needed, because deleting your account may not stop payments by itself.
